The 16GB Wi-Fi model drops to just $299.99, but I'd recommend getting at least 64GB ($399.99) if you plan on using it for anything beyond basic web browsing and email. iPad Air 2 starts at $399.99 during the sale. Target is matching Best Buy's iPad Air 2 deal prices and will take an additional 5% off for REDcard holders. Looking to go all out? Apple's 12.9-inch iPad Pro is currently on sale for $700 shipped (Reg. $799). While you're at it, you might as well pickup an Apple Watch too while it's $100 off.
